Join The Morning Shift for our first end of the year challenge to end this year with the utmost intentionality. Every week of December we will explore a new theme and what it means to be: 

  • Grateful 
  • Resourceful 
  • Purposeful 
  • Restful 

And we'll establish new morning routines and rituals to reflect our current season of change to lead us into 2023. 

The Digital Challenge includes:

Kick-off Call with our Founder, Change + Wellbeing Keynote Speaker and facilitator, Tiffany Lanier. During the live Kick-off zoom, you'll explore the soft morning framework to build a supportive practice for your season of life. {Dec. 1st 8:30pm ET}

Weekly Guides: Each Sunday you'll receive a quick guide with one of the four themes to reflect and establish your soft morning rituals for the week ahead.

BONUS: Access to the DIY Vision Board course to envision 2023! {Released Dec. 30th}

The Live Challenge Experience includes:

Kick-off Call with our Founder, Change + Wellbeing Keynote Speaker and facilitator, Tiffany Lanier. During the live Kick-off zoom, you'll explore the soft morning framework to build a supportive practice for your season of life. {Dec. 1st 8:30pm ET} 

Weekly Live Sessions: Each Sunday and Monday you'll have an opportunity to join Tiffany and community live via zoom! REPLAYS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

  • On Sunday evenings at 8:30pm EST, Tiffany will guide you through a purposeful planning session to reflect the previous week and identify what you need to nourish yourself for the week ahead. 
  •  On Monday Mornings at 8:30am EST you can join Tiffany for a Morning Shift Session where you'll do your morning practice in community. Morning Shift sessions will include: meditative breath-work, centering thought and theme discussion, journaling and light coaching. 

2023 Vision Within Vision Board Experience-- A mini retreat experience to help you clarify and bring your Visions to life for 2023 and beyond.  Dec. 30th 8-10pm ET (Possible second date coming)
